Welcome to the new blog for Timber View Veterinary! Our Dillsburg veterinarian Dr. Sara and our entire Timber View team is proud to care for your companion animals. From cats and dogs to pocket pets and rabbits, our full-service animal clinic is committed to providing high quality care.
As part of our mission to provide quality pet care, we are excited to launch our new blog. We’ll be using this forum to post the latest pet wellness news, along with seasonal tips for preventing lyme disease and keeping pets safe in the summer heat.
You Give Them Love, We’ll Keep Them Healthy
Our veterinary clinic offers comprehensive pet care services, including dental care, surgical care and behavioral counseling. Has your pet recently gained weight? Is your pet struggling with a food allergy? Our veterinarian provides nutritional counseling to help you find the right food for your pet.
Our Timber View staff is proud to use the latest veterinary diagnostic tools, including digital x-rays. This allows us to make a prompt and accurate diagnosis when your pet is ill or requires urgent care. Whenever possible, we strive for gentle, minimally invasive surgical operations, including endoscopic and laser surgery. Our goal is to minimize pain, reduce suffering and keep your beloved pets happy and healthy for life!
Dr. Sara and our staff offer full service wellness care, including annual wellness exams, vaccination against contagious illnesses, microchipping and spay/neuter operations. We recommend annual wellness exams for all pets, and semi-annual exams for senior pets. During these exams we will conduct a full physical, complete with diagnostic blood work and fecal samples. This helps us detect the warning signs of illness before a health problem seriously impact's your pets well being. Just like with humans, early diagnosis and proactive wellness care makes a difference for your pet's health!
Our Timber View veterinary team is excited to use this blog as an opportunity to answer your pet care questions. Curious about the best way to brush your dog’s teeth? Wondering about the signs or symptoms of illness in pets? Post your questions below!
